REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At CheekyKart, your satisfaction means a lot to us. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to make the return process as simple and fair as possible—while also maintaining strict hygiene standards for all health & beauty products.
RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
The 30-day period begins from the date your order is marked as delivered.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it
• Be in original packaging with all seals intact
• Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
IMPORTANT HYGIENE POLICY (PLEASE READ)
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any items that have been opened, used, or tested.
This includes (but is not limited to):
• Skincare products
• Cosmetics and makeup
• Haircare products
• Personal care items
If a product’s seal is broken or the item has been used in any way, it will not be eligible for return or refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Opened or used health & beauty products
• Items without original packaging or seals
• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Gift cards
• Items returned after the 30-day window
RETURN PROCESS
To start a return:
• Contact us via our Contact page within 30 days of delivery
• Include your order number and reason for return
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected:
• We will notify you of the outcome
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Please note:
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Items that do not meet our return conditions will not be refunded
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once shipped, orders must follow this return policy.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may return your item and place a new order.
